Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Operations Manager – Technical Services by planning, executing, and finalising projects within scope, time, and budget, while coordinating resources, overseeing quality control, and providing administrative support to the Technical Services Team, including relief for the Executive Assistant.
Your responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support for Development Consent Authority applications and Technical Services projects, assisting with meeting coordination and documentation, managing general office tasks such as correspondence and procurement, and relieving the Technical Services Executive Assistant as required, all in consultation with the Operations Manager – Technical Services.
ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for applications to the Development Consent Authority (DCA) including record keeping, correspondence, customer support, invoicing, monitoring and updating the status of applications.Provide administrative support to other Technical Services projects as required in consultation with Operation Manager Technical Services.Support Technical Services meetings in consultation with Operation Manager Technical Services to include organising appointments and agendas, setting up rooms and taking and distributing minutes.Provide general administrative assistance to Technical Services in consultation Operation Manager Technical ServicesUndertake procurement tasks for Technical Services. Including seeking quotations, tenders and completing all necessary procurement task.Relieve the Technical Services Executive Assistant to include the prioritising and organising of correspondence and appointments as instructed by the Director
