About the Opportunity

As a member of our Optimize Events team, based in one of our locations in Europe or North America, you will play a crucial role in delivering a range of solutions for McKinsey’s in-person meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the "simple meetings" program
  • Act as a key liaison between platform owners and McKinsey
  • Manage internal processes related to "simple meetings"
  • Gather user feedback to enhance the platform
  • Support outreach to venues for MSA or contract challenges
  • Collaborate with events team and department leaders
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and contribute to global rollout
  • Drive firm-wide adoption and create awareness
  • Ensure platform and processes comply with firm’s requirements

About You

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in strategic meeting planning in professional services environment
  • Flexibility to handle dynamic priorities
  • Strong organizational skills for project management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collect, synthesize, and communicate user feedback
  • Skilled in problem-solving and addressing challenges
  • Ability to oversee and manage internal processes
  • Proficiency in Excel and understanding of Cvent processes
  • Attention to detail
