Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to oversee the quality of digital marketing deliverables, primarily SEO, while supporting project management, client communications, and team operations. This role blends quality assurance with hands-on coordination, ensuring smooth workflows, timely execution, and high-performing campaigns. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of agency experience, a strong grasp of SEO, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead quality control for SEO campaigns, content, and digital assets.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications.
  • Develop and maintain QA checklists, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Conduct audits, keyword assessments, backlink analysis, and content reviews.
  • Track SEO metrics and ensure optimization strategies are executed effectively.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and resources to support efficient project execution.
  • Manage schedules, documentation, and follow-ups for client-facing workflows.
  • Contribute to process improvements and enhance team efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on status and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure expectations are consistently met.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on QA procedures and best practices.
  • Stay current on SEO trends and digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and quality control, preferably in an agency.
  • Background in SEO, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Google G Suite, Canva).

Skills

  • Proficient with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and CMS platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail with proactive problem-solving.
