Location: Bentley WA

Work Type: Full Time | 15-month Maximum Term contract

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Project Coordinators to support the delivery of complex projects.
  • Manage resources, workflows, and team performance to meet project demands.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance on project support, risks, and issues.
  • Cost controls, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Assist project managers with coordination, documentation, and contractor engagement and assist in identifying technical needs.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and contract management.
  • Prepare business cases, board papers, and project communications.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading project personnel and providing essential support on large-scale, complex construction projects.

  • Proven and successful experience in a senior project coordinator role working on large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • Experience leading a team of project personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage business and project budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects in a high workload environment.
  • Experience in resource management, contract management, process development, and coaching.
