About the Opportunity

Sanlam Private Wealth crafts customised investment portfolios for high net worth private clients, charitable institutions, trusts and corporate entities. Responsibilities

  • Prepare client review packs and presentation materials for meetings and updates
  • Compile monthly market update packs
  • Assist with portfolio construction, modelling, rebalancing and implementation
  • Attend client meetings and internal investment discussions
  • Respond to ad-hoc client requests and provide timely, accurate support
  • Execute local and offshore trades across various asset classes
  • Facilitate investments and redemptions in collective investment schemes
  • Implement client portfolio changes in line with investment decisions

About You

Passion for financial markets and a solid foundation in general investment principles

Client-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Structured and organised approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong computer literacy (MS Office i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook). Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.

Eligibility

Qualification And Experience

B. Com Investment Management or B. Com Hons

Knowledge And Skills

  • Computer literacy [MS Office]
  • General investment knowledge

  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Strong numerical orientation
  • Highly organized with a high level of customer focus
  • Accurate and detail orientated
