Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management
• Manage the in-life activities of a loan portfolio
• Proactively engage with Credit and provide relevant updates
• Collaborate with Construction Risk and NPL teams
• Monitor portfolio trends and market conditions
• Risk & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
• Stay alert to potential risks and escalate with appropriate stakeholders
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Effectively manage risk through strong client communication

The Junior Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of development projects, managing credit risk, and ensuring the effective ongoing administration of loans.
