Role: IT Project Coordinator
Location: Tokyo, Japan

An IT Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating IT projects, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create project schedules and monitor progress
- Prepare and update project documentation
- Coordinate with stakeholders including development teams, clients, and vendors
- Manage project issues and report risks
- Organize meetings and status reports
- Utilize project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.)
About You
Requirements
Must-have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project coordination or management
- Experience using project management tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to prepare documentation and reports
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English
Nice to Have:
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in multicultural teams
