Information Technology Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Infrastructure Project Coordinator to support the delivery of several time-critical IT projects. This role will be heavily involved in the Windows 10 End of Life (EOL) Program, coordinating the deployment of new devices and the replacement of Windows 10 laptops across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of laptop deployments to regional sites, including managing returns of old devices
• Support the Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration and broader EOL rollout
• Coordinate multiple smaller initiatives and projects simultaneously
• Prepare project performance reports, Steering Committee packs, and maintain action logs and registers
• Administer the Change Request process and ensure compliance prior to approvals
• Track and escalate project risks, issues, and scheduling concerns
• Provide project administration support such as booking travel, scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and maintaining registers

About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Deployment Coordinator in IT

Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including MS Project, Teams, and Excel

Experience with Jira and/or Project Online is highly desirable

Familiarity with SAP project or procurement modules (desirable)

Previous experience with laptop deployments or infrastructure rollouts across multiple users/sites (highly desirable)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities

Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with third-party vendors

Proactive, adaptable, and outcome-focused
