Global Cash Portfolio Manager, Vice President I , State Street Investment Management

About the Opportunity

We are currently looking to hire a talented and initiative candidate to join our Global Cash Management team. You will join our business in a dual role as a Portfolio Manager/ Trader and will be responsible for the daily management of our Active Cash/Short term bond strategies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of global markets especially fixed income & money markets.
• Manage and trade multi-billion EUR/GBP portfolios covering short term Fixed Income segregated mandates/ Funds and Money Market portfolios.
• Ensure effective management of client portfolios in line with their respective investment objectives, guidelines, and restrictions.
• Operate within compliance restrictions alongside internal and external regulations.
• Communicate clear investment philosophy and process, maintaining high performance goals and returns.
• Assist in defining strategy and market opportunities, maintaining client relationships, business development, and marketing.
• Collaborate clearly at all levels and embrace multiple internal systems.

About You

We are looking for applicants with an undergraduate and/or graduate degree in business, economics, or finance. CFA designation is a plus. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of relevant experience in Fixed income/Cash portfolio management and possesses excellent analytical skills, clear communication abilities, ability to work in an unstructured environment under tight deadlines, teamwork skills, integrity, and trustworthiness.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Banking/Business/Economics/Finance
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience
• Strong social and people skills
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and handle pressure
• Meticulous, resourceful, and critical individual
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Bloomberg
