Equity Portfolio Manager – Asset Management

Key Responsibilities

Lead global public equity investment to develop and implement investment strategies for asset management portfolios.Execute equity trades across Hong Kong, A-shares, and global markets, ensuring best execution standards and cost efficiency.Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities.Assist in product development and marketing, preparing detailed reports and presentations.Collaborate with middle and back offices to manage asset management products, including risk management, legal and compliance, and daily operations.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.5-8 years of equity investment management experience, preferably with asset management firms or leading brokerages.In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong, A-share, and global market structures and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in Bloomberg and major trading systems.SFC Type 9 license preferred.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin.Strong risk management awareness, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

主要职责：

负责二级市场股票投资，为资产管理组合制定并实施相关投资策略；执行港股、A股及主要国际市场的股票交易；开展全面的市场研究和财务分析，发掘投资机会；协助产品开发与市场营销，负责相关报告及营销材料；协同中后台部门管理资管产品，包括风险管理、法律合规、日常运营等；完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

岗位要求：

金融、经济或相关专业本科及以上学历；5-8年股票投资管理经验，具有资产管理机构或大型券商背景优先；熟悉港股、A股及主要国际市场交易规则与监管要求；熟练使用Bloomberg及主流交易系统；具备SFC第9类牌照者优先；英文和普通话流利，具良好风控意识与团队协作能力。
