Job Summary
Enterprise Network Project Coordinator: Location Sydney Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, especially those involving network infrastructure. Communication: Facilitating communication between project stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and project managers. Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including requirements, plans, and progress reports. Task Management: Assigning and tracking tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Change Management: Identifying and managing project changes, ensuring they are properly documented and communicated. Resource Allocation: Supporting the allocation of resources, including personnel and equipment, to projects. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential project risks. Problem Solving: Assisting in identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during project execution. Reporting: Preparing and delivering project status reports to stakeholders. Customer Relations: Maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Administrative Tasks: Assisting with administrative tasks, such as preparing invoices, reports, and other project-related documents. Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Knowledge of project management methodologies: Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. Experience in Network project coordination :Previous experience in Network project coordination in SDWAN domain and expertise on tools like CMDB, SNOW, Solarwinds is mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team: The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Customer service skills: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
