This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
These roles are central to supporting the delivery of digital transformation across a dynamic portfolio of programmes and projects. You will work closely with delivery teams, senior stakeholders, and governance bodies to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and effective prioritisation of digital initiatives.

We’re looking for individuals with exceptional communication skills, who can tailor their approach, build rapport quickly, and communicate with clarity and impact. You’ll also bring strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and transform insights into meaningful, actionable recommendations that support strategic outcomes.
In addition, you’ll have experience in digital delivery, portfolio or programme management, and be confident navigating governance frameworks and delivery processes.

Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of office and home-based working. This is a non-contractual arrangement where all office-based employees will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of their working time in the office, subject to capacity and any required workplace adjustments. Requirements to attend other locations for official business, or work in another MOD office, will also count towards this level of attendance.
