Responsibilities
- Manage the approvals and certification process, liaising with certifiers, councils, and builders to secure Occupation Certificates.
- Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and budgets in line with Construction Manager timelines.
- Conduct site visits to track progress, identify defects, and ensure issues are resolved before handover.
- Build strong working relationships with builders, contractors, franchise partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Support on-site coordination and assist with permits and approvals across multiple states.
About You
Qualifications in Project Management, Property, or Business (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) desirable but not essential. Experience in administration or coordination roles, ideally within QSR, retail, or construction environments. Knowledge of state construction regulations and approvals processes highly regarded. Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Confident communicator with councils, contractors, and internal teams. Willingness to travel and support projects on-site as needed.
