About the Opportunity

Lead Community-Driven Projects in Breathtaking West Arnhem Land. Earn up to $135K + 12% Super + Salary Packaging + Rent-Free Housing. Relocation Assistance | Company Vehicle | 6 Weeks Annual Leave.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and leading employment and community development projects
  • Managing stakeholder relationships with Elders, government, and employers
  • Coordinating or supporting events, training, cultural programs and more
  • Tracking outcomes and supporting compliance requirements
  • Facilitating meaningful work pathways, not just ticking boxes

About You

We’re seeking two people: one with project leadership experience, and another with strong coordination skills and a passion to grow.

You may be a fit for the Project Manager role if you bring:

  • Proven success managing projects from end to end
  • Experience in employment, community, cultural, or education sectors
  • Confidence in engaging with Aboriginal communities and government partners
  • A passion for working with people, culture, and purpose

You may be a fit for the Project Coordinator role if you bring:

  • Experience supporting community projects, events, or services
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A commitment to learning, growth, and building trust
  • Interest in employment, youth, tourism, trades, conservation or culture
