About the Opportunity

An exciting and challenging career opportunity has presented itself in our Company for the position of Property Portfolio Manager. This role involves working with the Bellbuoy Team and various administrative and financial divisions to manage clients' sectional title schemes, Home Owners' Associations, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' sectional title schemes and Home Owners' Associations
  • Apply administrative and IT skills to various situations
  • Interact with owners and residents
  • Attend meetings after hours

About You

The ideal candidate should be quick to learn, possess strong administrative skills, good IT proficiency, and the ability to act independently. Sincerity and understanding are essential qualities when dealing with owners and residents.

Eligibility

Preference will be given to individuals with qualifications focusing on Sectional Titles and related legislation, including necessary legislative compliance such as an FFC number. Experienced candidates willing to undergo comprehensive training will also be considered.

Benefits

Property Portfolio Managers are required to have their own transport and attend meetings after hours.
