About the Opportunity

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Job Purpose

The Business Analyst & Project Coordinator will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, combining research, analysis, and reporting with project coordination and executive support. The role requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to manage cross-team deliverables while ensuring insights are translated into action. This is not a traditional assistant role — it blends analytical, project management, and executive office support skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Office Support
    • Act as a right hand to the CEO, managing priorities and ensuring smooth execution of directives.
    • Coordinate communications, meetings, and follow-ups across business units.
    • Maintain scheduling oversight while aligning with strategic goals.
  • Research, Analysis & Reporting
    • Conduct business, industry, and competitor research to support CEO decision-making.
    • Prepare reports, executive briefs, and presentations with actionable insights.
    • Provide structured analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
  • Project Management & Coordination
    • Track and monitor team deliverables, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
    • Support cross-departmental projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and milestones.
    • Apply project management methods to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • AI & Digital Productivity
    • Use AI tools to enhance research, reporting, and task management efficiency.
    • Recommend and implement digital productivity solutions within the CEO office.
    • Support adoption of AI-driven tools across relevant tasks and projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, project coordination, or strategic support roles, ideally in fast-paced industries.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong critical, analytical, and strategic thinking.
    • Proven research, reporting, and data analysis skills.
    • Project coordination and team task management experience.
    • Proficiency with AI tools and digital productivity platforms.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • High attention to detail, discretion, and a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
