Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas
• Provide strategic direction and monitor delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives
• Oversee project management from inception to post-completion
• Manage project timeframes, budgets, and risks
• Drive collaboration between all parties
• Deliver continuous improvements in processes

About You

Extensive experience of successfully delivering projects and programmes in the healthcare sector.

Eligibility

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent
• Experience of winning work and growing client accounts
• NEC4 ECC project manager accreditation
• Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams
• Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations
