Position

Global Product Group Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the performance of the assigned portfolio across the Agile Units in collaboration with the GPG Portfolio Manager
• Monitor, evaluate, and report the annual business planning, definition of performance targets, forecasting volume trends, target setting, and costs
• Manage the solution/product harmonization across the Agile Units
• Lead team to identify inorganic growth targets and support process through M&A or brand label process
• Work closely with Product Owners of various Agile Teams and Agile Unit Leaders
• Be a key stakeholder at sprint reviews to support Agile Team goals

About You

Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in product management and/or product development
- Sound knowledge of low voltage business, products, and customers
- Demonstrated experience in managing product launches and/or marketing and sales strategy
- Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Master's degree in engineering or business and administration
- Fluency in English
