About the Opportunity

Expression of Interest – Electrical Project Coordinator (Shopping Centre Redevelopment Projects)

We’re currently inviting Expressions of Interest from skilled and motivated Electrical Project Coordinators to support an exciting shopping centre redevelopment project, along with other service work across Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in electrical project delivery who enjoys being hands-on, coordinating multiple projects, and working closely with site teams and clients to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project activities and assist with scheduling and resourcing across sites.
  • Liaise with builders, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Assist with project reporting, cost tracking, and progress updates.
  • Support site teams with coordination of materials, deliveries, and safety requirements.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Project Manager and broader delivery team.

About You

What You’ll Bring

A minimum of 2 - 3 years of solid experience in a similar position.

Proven experience coordinating electrical or construction projects (commercial, retail, or service)

Strong organisational and time management skills and able to manage competing priorities across different projects

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with builders and clients

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation systems

A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn and grow with the team
