Project Director

About the Opportunity

We are delighted to be working with the team of a global recording artist, based in Belfast. On their behalf, we are recruiting a Project Director to help them as they embark upon some significant and exciting developments that will diversify their business interests. This new opportunity will bring on board somebody to compliment the existing team and support with the program management, delivery and on-going administration of these ventures.

Responsibilities

• New locations
• Initial set up of three distinct interconnected projects – recording studio, café & merchandise shop (identifying premises, kitting them out, staffing, including sourcing key roles for the studio & ongoing management of all)
• MusicLocal shows, venue sourcingRecording projects & managing all people involved

About You

If you have operated within a Founder-led Entertainment company and have gained exposure to project managing the design and build of technologically complex installations, this could be the ideal next step. You will ultimately be supporting the creative outputs of a team with impeccably high standards.

You should bring:

• Financial acumen, with strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in project management
• Experience of working in music/events/hospitality
• Solid experience in events management
• Solid Excel skills
• A commercial approach and strategic business mind
• Enthusiasm and tenacity
• A knowledge/love of music and the industry

Eligibility

This role is based in a stunning office in Belfast, shared with the founder and rest of team - a collaborative and close knit unit, looking for somebody to join them and help make their business plans become real live projects.
