About the Opportunity

Infrastructure upgrades at HMAS StirlingProvision of new build construction facilitiesProjects values up to $10Mil

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate works, equipment and personnel
  • Provide technical advice to personnel regarding design, construction, program modification or repairs
  • Compile and create QA/QC documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate works in accordance with program requirements
  • Planning and procurement ahead of schedule
  • Quantity take-offs and estimating
  • Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
  • Facilitate regular project management meetings

About You

Extensive on-ground project delivery experience
Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Desirable)
Project delivery skills, including budgeting and coordinating works
Client facing with a strong commercial skillset
Able to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
Self-managing while working well in a team environment
Proven problem-solving ability and can 'think outside the box'
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating subcontractors across all trades
Inspection/asset management experience
