About the Opportunity

We’re Hiring: Junior Project Coordinator | Singapore 🇸🇬

Location: Singapore (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Level: Entry / Junior

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities and timelines
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate when necessary
  • Support scheduling of meetings, workshops, and project events
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for management
  • Assist with resource allocation and project logistics

About You

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
  • Prior internship or experience in project coordination or administration preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Must have the legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporean / PR / valid work pass)
