We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction team. We are looking for an individual with either commercial or office design and construction management experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong project management skills along with proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD or Revit. This role will involve supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of small to medium-complexity construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Experience in managing Tenant Improvements, Maintenance Repair, and Capital Improvement Projects. Assist the Project Manager(s) in planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects from start to finish. Meet with stakeholder(s), document scope of work and identify project requirements. Develop preliminary budget and schedule. Review construction documents for scope, accuracy, feasibility, and constructability. Prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Agreements for Project Management Review. Coordinate pre-bid job walks, review proposals and make recommendations for award. Mitigate risks associated with schedule and budget, review submittals, RFI’s, ASI’s and communicate project status to Project management and Project Stakeholder(s). Maintain quality control and assurance, and manage construction schedules and budget, including phasing and revisions. Responsible for project job costing, including purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and budget reconciliation.
