About the Opportunity
At Virgin Active, we are on a mission to inspire people to live active, healthier lives and we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Project Coordinator to help us do just that. This role is at the heart of our marketing engine supporting campaign delivery, centralizing creative, managing timelines and helping bring our bold, disruptive ideas to life. You will be the go-to person for keeping things moving, ensuring every activation and campaign is delivered with energy, precision and on time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of all digital and brand marketing briefs.
- Track and communicate campaign timelines, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Act as the central link between internal teams, creative, media, and agencies to keep projects running smoothly.
- Maintain an up to date marketing calendar and proactively flag bottlenecks or risks.
About You
We Can’t Live Without… (Minimum Requirements)
- 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project support or coordination role
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Solid project coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
- Ability to collaborate across multiple business units, functions, departments, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Slides/Docs
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Trello) is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and creative formats (social, display, email)
- Are a natural organizer and problem solver
- Are calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Love bringing people together and seeing projects through to the finish line
- Are passionate about health, fitness and the Virgin Active brand
- Are always one step ahead and love a good checklist
