About the Opportunity

The Junior Project Coordinator role involves the day-to-day execution of project transport and providing support to the Project Coordinator in project import and export activities along with related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all local project transport
  • Update project transport workbook with quotes, PO numbers, and relevant information
  • Provide documentation to finance team for debtor invoicing
  • Assist Project Coordinator with imports and exports
  • Update various STAT reports

About You

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in project coordination or logistics is a plus.

Eligibility

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or training in project management or logistics would be beneficial.
