Project Director - Human Capital Transaction Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Leading Human Capital due diligence advisory projects for private equity and corporate clients
• Driving project management engagement
• Collaborating closely with clients and other top-tier advisers
• Coordinating internal Aon expertise, resources, and solutions
• Figuring out opportunities for cross-selling other Aon products, services, and solutions
• Facilitating post-close implementation opportunities
• Building and encouraging client relationships

About You

5+ years’ robust experience in M&A transactions, HR due diligence; M&A integration and harmonization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and comfortable leading discussions with clients and senior leaders. Relevant qualifications in HR; C&B; Pensions/Actuary; etc is desirable.
