Fit-out Project Coordinator/Retail

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fit-Out Project Coordinator to oversee the interior construction and setup of our restaurant locations. This role will be responsible for ensuring each site is delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with our brand standards and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fit-out activities for multiple restaurant locations.
• Ensure all work aligns with design intent, brand standards, and operational functionality.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, procurement, etc.), contractors, vendors, landlords, and local authorities.
• Manage third-party contractors to deliver work within scope.
• Track progress vs milestones, report on site readiness, and flag risks or delays.
• Ensure fit-out complies with local building codes, health & safety regulations, fire codes, and accessibility standards.
• Support permit and inspection processes as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation including drawings, schedules, and invoices.
• Oversee handover and snagging process.
• Ensure all equipment, signage, and finishes are installed correctly.

About You

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in fit-out/project coordination, preferably in F&B and retail.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, health/safety standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects across different locations.
