Responsibilities

• Provides administrative leadership, direction, and day-to-day coordination for all aspects of the TRIO Student Support Services program.
• Hire, train, and supervise all project personnel and provide ongoing and annual evaluation of program staff.
• Develops, implements, and assesses programs and services to support first-generation, low-income, and students with disabilities.
• Develop, implement, monitor and revise the program budget in accordance with federal, state and college guidelines.
• Ensures program compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies.

About You

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, sociology, or related area.
• Demonstrated organizational, leadership and supervision skills.
• Prior experience in supervisory position(s).
• Previous grant experience in program administration and fiscal management.
• Knowledge of career development, academic advising, and student development models.
