Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Agile delivery across multiple squads and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Track and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Partner with various stakeholders, and technical leads to ensure timely and quality outcomes and manage stakeholder relationships, including navigating challenging conversations and conflicting priorities.
  • Support budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting across Agile initiatives.
  • Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Contribute to projects involving data platforms, analytics, or cybersecurity, ensuring coordination and compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination or delivery roles, with 5+ years in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery principles.
  • Proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders and influence outcomes in complex environments.
  • Experience coordinating projects involving data platforms, analytics, or security is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence).
  • Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
