Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Operational Technology initiatives across their control systems environment. This role is well-suited to someone eager to learn, highly organised, and eager to develop a long-term career in OT project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination support on projects relating to control systems and SCADA
• Assist with project planning, reporting, and risk tracking
• Engage with stakeholders across engineering, IT, and operations teams
• Use strong analytical and communication skills to support decision-making and project outcomes
• Contribute to a high-trust, collaborative team culture

About You

Strong organisational and coordination skills, ideally within technical or project environments. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail (Excel skills desirable). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability. Eagerness to learn OT/SCADA concepts – no prior technical expertise required. Ambition to grow within the organisation and build a career in Operational Technology.

Eligibility

Genuine career pathways in OT project delivery. Hybrid working model within a supportive, high-trust environment. Competitive salary of $90,000–$100,000 + benefits (FTE).
