About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project management support roles.

Responsibilities

  • Exposure to fundamental project management processes
  • Assists in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables
  • Acts as a central point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Ensures alignment of communication and task ownership across departments
  • Prepares and maintains regular status reports, project trackers, and meeting minutes
  • Tracks project risks, issues, and follow-up actions
  • Supports creation of executive-level presentations and project update decks
  • Comfortable working with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and project dashboards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective in coordinating across distributed and multicultural teams

The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in coordinating project activities and stakeholder interactions.

Eligibility
