Job Title: Project Director

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multiple construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Approve project work breakdown structures (WBS), construction methodologies, and sequencing plans.
• Anticipate potential risks, delays, or technical conflicts and implement preventive measures.
• Review project contracts (FIDIC, lump sum, re-measure, etc.) and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site visits to assess actual progress against baseline programs.
• Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Approve procurement strategies and monitor long-lead items procurement.
• Ensure implementation of QHSE policies and oversee site audits for compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranties.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 20+ years of experience in high-rise building construction, with 5+ years in a managerial role.

Proven track record in delivering high-rise projects.
