Project Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a major EPC project in the oil & gas industry, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Drive project performance through strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement.

About You

Experience: Must have 20+ years experience in execution of FEED/EPC contracts in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry, including minimum in GCC region. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for international major Oil and Gas EPC projects.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
