About the Opportunity

Portfolio Manager (Unsecured Consumer Lending / Fintech / Airtime Advanced) position available. This role involves developing and managing a portfolio of lending products within the telco industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing Airtime Advance Product to maximize growth and maintain key metrics
• Continuously innovate and improve the Airtime Advance proposition
• Utilize analytics for additional lending propositions
• Develop telco lending marketplace proposition across multiple segments
• Create documentation, evaluate financial business cases, and refine customer journeys
• Conduct revenue projections, analyze shortfalls, and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor launches, and industry developments
• Review and enhance launched products as necessary
• Deliver monthly product presentations to executives

About You

Requirements for this role include:

• Prior experience in Consumer lending product design and development
• Detailed knowledge of the unsecured lending industry
• Matric qualification
• Relevant 3-year Business degree
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Consumer Lending
