About the Role

We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Technology Services team and Project Managers across a range of key platforms including WorkDay, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and DocuSign.

This is a 6-month day rate contract based in the Sydney CBD (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). The role is hands-on and varied, with responsibilities spanning financial management, project support, vendor engagement, and administration. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth processes, accurate reporting, and strong coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and cost centre reporting
  • Support PMs with risk/issue registers, project reporting, RFPs, vendor management, and SOW administration
  • Act as a key contact for outsourced technical providers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support across the Technology team, including onboarding/offboarding in WorkDay
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve automation

About You

  • Proven experience in project coordination or IT operations support
  • Strong financial acumen — confident managing budgets, POs, and reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with vendors, PMs, and executives
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving
  • Advanced Excel skills or similar analytical tools
  • A positive, adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
