About the Opportunity
🌍 Project Coordinator – International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS)
📍 London (hybrid: 1 day per week in office)
💼 Full-time, permanent | 💷 £32–36k
The International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS) is a global non-profit working to improve skin health worldwide. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support key ILDS programmes, including the Grand Challenges in Skin Health, ILDS’ WHO collaboration, and committees such as the Education Committee and the Patient Organisation Committee.
About You
👉 This role is right for you if you have:
- Relevant professional experience as a Project Coordinator, Administrator, or Assistant, ideally in an international setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate meetings, events, and multi-stakeholder projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- High IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Monday.com, Zoom).
- The ability to work flexibly in a hybrid setup, commuting to the London office when required (typically for staff meetings).
Responsibilities
👉 What you’ll do:
- Coordinate meetings, webinars, and events across ILDS programmes and committees.
- Support project planning, budgets, timelines, and reporting.
- Draft policies, proofread, and conduct background research.
- Liaise with partners such as the WHO, GlobalSkin, and the NNN.
- Work with the Communications Lead to raise the profile of ILDS projects.
