About the Opportunity

PBSA Portfolio / Asset Manager – based in London. Joining a leading UK developer, seeking an experienced portfolio / asset manager who can take ownership of creating and implementing strategic management of the existing JV assets in the portfolio. Taking responsibility driving the pipeline forward to exceed the business plan.

Responsibilities

• Strategic management of the Group’s investment interests to maximize long term value through exits
• Operational focus: day-to-day management of the portfolio, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to drive performance
• Growth strategies: Working with the Group Investment Director on new growth opportunities
• Manage the group’s interests in joint ventures on a day-to-day basis
• Enhance value across assets and manage the Group’s risk profile
• Oversee successful delivery and mobilization of projects
• Collaborate with Project Services/Delivery and refurb business to track progress and address operational issues
• Work with Homes team on "homes" strategy alongside landbank

About You

Essential current experience required: working in the residential for rent sectors Portfolio / Asset management experience

Benefits

Salary offered £70,000 - £80,000 + £6k car + bonus
