About the Opportunity

A renowned, multi award-winning architecture practice is looking for a Team PA / Project Coordinator to join its London studio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised and personable who enjoys supporting busy project teams and contributing to the smooth running of a creative architecture studio.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating meetings, events, and site visits for project teams
  • Supporting architectural teams with reports, filing, and contract administration
  • Maintaining project databases and documentation (Deltek, Newforma)
  • Assisting with project calendars, timesheets, and expenses
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, consultants, and visitors
  • Providing PA support to Directors (diary, inbox, and travel management)
  • Helping to organise project team events and office activities
  • Offering general administrative and occasional reception support when needed

About You

At least 3 years’ experience as a Team PA, Project Coordinator, or Team Assistant. Track record of stability and dedication, reflected in multi-year tenures with past employers. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Excellent communication skills — confident liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Deltek or Newforma an advantage. Professional, approachable, and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude. A strong eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
