About the Opportunity

The Portfolio Manager position at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development in Libya involves overseeing ICMPD's portfolio in the country, including strategic development and operational management of diverse projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio planning and implementation oversight

  • Ensure projects align with donor agreements, work plans, and budgets

About You

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience managing complex projects in migration or related fields, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain partnerships.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this position, you should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of international project management experience, and proficiency in English.
