About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with installation / delivery experience for a well-known security client, role to be based in North England, Southern Scotland. The position is responsible for the delivery of the installation portfolio assigned within the region, and other areas as assigned. The goal is to deliver installation projects on time and on budget, maximizing revenue and margin potential.
Responsibilities
- Review contractual requirements prior to project initiation
- Identify, mitigate, and manage risks associated with project delivery
- Manage ongoing projects to maximize revenue
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project team
- Attend pre-start and project closure meetings
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
- Maintain effective communication with clients
- Follow project management processes and documentation
- Provide cash flow forecasts and revenue profiles
- Support, manage, and mentor the Project Management team
- Promote a safe working environment

Person Specification:
Essential:
- Good understanding of Project Management methodology
- Experience in revenue and margin maximization
- Delivery of multiple ongoing projects
- Experience in managing large projects in a security environment
- Commercial focus on budget, time, and quality
- Experience in financial/resource forecasting and planning
- Understanding of administering contracts
- Minimum of 4 years Security Industry Experience
Desirable:
- Working with NEC / JCT contract
- Prince II or equivalent Project Management Methodology
