Job Title: Exhibition Project Manager - Modular & Custom Build

Location: Birmingham - Office-based with some flexibility

Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum

About The Company

We're working with a well-established, highly regarded exhibition and live events company based in Birmingham. Specialising in bespoke and modular stand builds, they deliver world-class experiences across the UK and Europe for leading global brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join a fast-moving, creative team and play a central role in delivering memorable builds at major venues and exhibitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage exhibition stand builds and event projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate logistics, budgeting, quoting, and timelines
• Prepare and review cost estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and profitability
• Oversee on-site delivery, installation, and breakdown
• Lead client communication and manage expectations
• Collaborate with design, production, and fabrication teams
• Maintain project tracking via systems like Monday.com and HubSpot
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
• Support and mentor junior project team members

About You

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects within the exhibition industry
• Experience handling budgets between £15K - £250K
• Strong estimating and quoting experience within exhibition stand projects
• Confident reading floorplans and build specs
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Calm under pressure and great at juggling multiple priorities
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and onsite delivery
