Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for planning, executing, and delivering software deployment projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
• Rigorously utilize the company’s best practice processes and in line with all policies.
• Establish and maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively monitor project risks/opportunities, implement mitigation/capture strategies, and adapt plans as required to ensure successful outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, deeply understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure that customer’s requirements originating from your contracts are delivered to the Product Development Team in accordance with the Company’s processes.
• Support post-implementation activities, including client training, documentation, and issue resolution, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, third party local partners, and external stakeholders, to achieve shared goals.
• Facilitate regular progress and status updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Depending on the contract structure, work in collaboration with the Programme Manager from ADB SAFEGATE Region to manage the delivery of one or more Work Packages.
• Provide pre-sales support for opportunities and/or act as the Opportunity Manager for specific opportunities as defined within the company’s Opportunity Management Framework.
• Mentor and empower team members, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and accountability.
• Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining project management processes.

About You

• Proven experience managing complex, business-critical, real-time software implementation projects.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 practitioner).
• Willingness and ability to travel and work overseas.

Eligibility

This would be a plus but not a must!

• Additional language skills, especially Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience working in or delivering software solutions for airports or the aviation industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, MS Excel, SAP).
• Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment.
• An IT or systems engineering background.
• Experience of international working.
