Responsibilities
- Support the Project Managers in delivering assigned projects to scope, time, and budget.
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling activities.
- Manage financial outcomes, including budgeting and reporting.
- Organise and coordinate Projects Meeting Minute taking, project meeting Action Registers, Risk Registers, and Safety Reporting.
- Coordinate staff and subcontractors to ensure optimal team performance.
- Raise and expedite procurement orders, manage variations and invoices.
- Oversee communications, safety protocols, and risk management strategies.
- Maintain quality control and compliance throughout project delivery.
- Attend site regularly during construction to understand the end-to-end cycle of Project Management.

About You
- Previous Project Coordinator/Admin experience preferred as well as relevant understanding of PMBOK.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with high levels of organisation, self-motivation, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Comprehension of financial risk and project costings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of managing competing priorities while ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
