About the Opportunity

Reference Number: JR250217
Location: Hybrid working - home and our office based near London Bridge
Working Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Number of roles: 1
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Support Workplace function with data, financial tracking, transactions, and cross-team coordination
  • Provide support across FM, project, compliance, and property portfolio
  • Ensure accurate data, financial tracking, and governance

About You

What You’ll Bring To The Role:

  • Degree (or studying toward) in Property, FM, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • Experience in corporate real estate, property management, FM, or data/finance role
  • Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, FM platforms, lease management tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and collaborative
  • Interest in ESG, inclusive workplace design, or the education sector desirable
