About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join our team in Tokyo. Our Tokyo office is conveniently located in Minato area and only takes 10-15 minutes' walk from Azabujuban, Roppongi, and Hiroo station.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly project meetings with owners, operators, and local consultancies
• Represent and address all issues pertaining to HBA’s design
• Coordinate and respond to design issues including code of compliance and MEP/structural requirements

About You

Job Type: Full-time

The Project Coordinator / Project manager would attend weekly project meetings with both owners, operator and local consultancies to represent and address all issues pertaining to HBA’s design, including but not limited to code of compliance and MEP/structural requirements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor or Master degree in Interior Design / Architecture
• 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, clubhouse, or show flats in Japan
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, PPT, MS Outlook, MS Teams
• Fluent in English & Japanese (native)
• Revit, 3D Max, Enscape experience is a plus
