Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Portfolio Manager Success Specialists and Data Analysts
• Maintain high-quality technical and customer support for front, middle, and back-office users
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of complex user issues
• Collaborate with investment teams, technology, and product groups to enhance user experience
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and knowledge sharing
• Stay updated on industry trends and encourage innovation within the team

About You

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or data enablement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Python, SQL, AWS, Git, and Airflow. Experience working with financial data is preferred.

• Experience supporting investment professionals or financial data
