Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all rental projects are profitable, delivered on time and meet customer and safety requirements
• Review site plans and conduct walk throughs to ensure project outcomes are achieved
• Liaising with site and project engineers on-site, to clarify project layout and assess proposed barrier alignments to ensure projects are compliant
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts via phone, email and face to face visits
• Deliver value to clients utilising expertise of product range, approvals and engineering
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure completion of jobs
• Assist with engineering and project administration requirements, including data entry, as required
• Liaise with Branch Manager and sales team to manage all aspects of customer service
• Assist operations team with scheduling and programming
• Aid operations team on-site with deployment and installation tasks, including general laboring / assistance as required
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure timely and safe installations

• 1-3 years Product Coordinator experience preferred
• VCAA qualification
• Forklift License
• Medium Rigid Truck License
• Dogging License
• Traffic Management
• Electrical Spotters Ticket
• Industry Card (white/red card)
• Knowledge of the road safety industry / civil construction market and relevant regulatory requirements
• Understanding WH&S
• Advanced level of computer literacy
