About the Opportunity

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join one of their largest manufacturing clients for a 12 month contract (Inside IR35) based in Hemel Hempstead 1 day a week onsite, 4 days remote. The chosen individual will be the core project manager responsible for a large Salesforce integration program as a result of several merges that have occurred recently. The Salesforce PM will be working with techno-functional teams to help track and push continuous progress towards the end goal of this integration. As such, the PM will be responsible to identify targets and gaps for these teams to work on as well as lead steerco meetings, track project status, schedule management, project presentations and extensive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Experience as a Senior Project Manager with enterprise-level companies
• Specific experience working on CRM platform integration projects such as Salesforce, ideally Sales cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics
• Extensive experience working on SDLC projects
• Strong proficiency working with project management tools such as Agile DevOps (ideally) or Jira
• Strong techno-functional stakeholder management skills and presentation skills
• Experience leading steerco meetings, status updates, schedule management
• Prior experience working within an Agile or Waterfall environment and following scrum practices

Eligibility

• Salesforce Certification in the Sales, Service and/or Experience Cloud
• Any other similar PM certifications are a plus such as PMP, CSM, etc.
• Familiarity of source control management and DevOps practices with DevOps tools (Ideally Flosum or Azure DevOps)
• Bachelor's Degree
