About the Opportunity

Job Title: RE Portfolio Manager & RDQM- APAC

Responsibilities

  • Deepen cross-functional collaboration with Finance to align key initiatives across the APAC region
  • Collect and validate RE housing demand from business/markets
  • Track RE supply events and map against RE housing demand
  • Maintain contingent plan for RE demands
  • Manage, monitor, and report portfolio plan progress and related KPIs
  • Generate input for portfolio improvements through market know-how
  • Partner with Region Leads to strengthen team effectiveness

About You

  • A consultative approach to problem solving
  • A drive for collaboration across functions and seniority levels
  • Passion for making an impact through analyses
  • Keen eye for detail and structured approach
  • Excellence in tactical project management with a strategic mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a global environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
