About the Opportunity

Senior Business Change Project Manager
Birmingham
2 days per week in office
FTC - 12 Months

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate initiatives from inception to delivery
  • Manage activities, resources, budget, and people
  • Provide oversight and challenge to project operations
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes
  • Ensure efficient and effective project delivery

About You

MUST HAVEs:

  • Insurance experience
  • Vendor management
  • Experience in all types of change (e.g., tech, business projects, etc.)
  • Experience delivering software
  • Managing a third-party vendor (strong vendor and stakeholder management)

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. They should be able to create a plan of action considering a fixed timeline, evaluate risks, manage people effectively, and be an excellent communicator.
